my knees CREAKED
I have chronic fatigue which no doctors could understand, after 4 years I fully understand that stress and trauma, over exertion from being a gardener, covid, hypermobility, adrenal burnout, tension in my lungs from a chronic cough and other things all combined are the cause of poor oxygen flow and inflammation causing fatigue. I've been doing your trainings for 6 months as well as qi qong, a slower lifestyle and various therapies, and it has massively improved my health. I feel more stability and lighter in my muscles, i feel stronger, less inflamed and in less pain, my nervous system feels more regulated, I breathe more relaxed and deeper, and i feel like my body is my friend again! Thankyou for this programme! it is a revolution!
I can’t even get my heel to contact my pelvic bone. My knee and hip won’t rotate that deeply into the pigeon. I’m also a tall male but not sure what’s normal

My job is drivning a lot så my hamstrings have resigned. Met many doctors and all of them says that this is chronical an I have to live with my hamstring pain. Thats not my plan.... I started lifting weights for two years ago and I am a little bit better. For a little while ago it hit me that I dont train the adduktors, only the abduktors, so I tried it. Both times Ive done it the hamstrings went a lot less distressed and the pain went away. I googled it an here you are, confirming my theory, that they are kind of attatched. Thank you so very much ❤️

I have a tilted/misaligned pelvis. If I've looked correctly in the mirror, my pelvis tilts to the right. I also have scoliosis, IBS, sensations in my knees, etc. Will these exercises correct the pelvic misalignment and put it in the correct position? I've been trying to find simple exercises to help. This video seemed interesting. How many times should these exercises be done each day? Thank you. 🙏👍
